Software Engineering as a Dead-End Career: Another good reason to join a startup earlier

Most new graduate students in software engineering/computer science should read this bloomberg article.
Basically, software engineering is a dead-end carrier. As oppose to other fields, your value start to decline at about age 35. Knowing that most software developers are out of the field by the age of 40, graduate should consider startup more seriously due to short carrier. Graduates should look for stock options opportunities when their market value is at the highest.
